What forms of payment are accepted?

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping cost varies based on package weight and dimensions, destination, and desired shipping speed.

Can orders be shipped internationally?
We do not offer delivery outside of the U.S.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return an item for a refund within 60 days. The refund will be in the form of original payment. Items returned must be in original product packaging, in salable condition and mailed to us in an appropriately-sized shipping box.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

I’d like my product to be considered for sale. How do I submit information for consideration?
To submit products to be considered for sale, email a link to any images and also include in your email information regarding wholesale pricing and any other relevant info to: museumshop@heinzhistorycenter.org. Products mailed to the museum shop cannot be returned.

How do I change or cancel an order?
Please note that we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping, or add items to an order once it is in the processing state.

I received a credit card decline message. Can I still place my order?
We are not provided any information as to why a credit card is declined. Please contact your credit card issuer for further assistance.

What is the Museum Shop’s privacy policy?
